h1777 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on h1777. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. h1777 may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, h1777 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any funds pending age verification.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

h1777 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of h1777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. h1777 does not warrant that its services are lawful or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing h1777 from restricted territories do so at their own risk.

1.3 Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register or use h1777 if you have previously been self-excluded from the platform or from any other gambling platform in connection with problem gambling, and that self-exclusion period remains active. h1777 employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. h1777 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time and may suspend account access pending verification.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h1777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify h1777 support immediately. h1777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on h1777. If h1777 identifies that you hold or have held multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, void any winnings derived from use of duplicate accounts, and retain any deposits or bonus amounts credited to duplicate accounts in accordance with these Terms.

2.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your h1777 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. h1777 will process a closure request within a reasonable period. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are typically completed within minutes under normal operating conditions. 4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions are available to existing players subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each individual offer. h1777 reserves the right to determine whether any player qualifies for a promotion at its sole discretion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

h1777 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposite bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and systematically exploiting promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, h1777 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account(s) involved, and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

4.4 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a stated validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. h1777 will not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion.

5.1 RNG and Game Integrity

All casino games on h1777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. RNG outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by h1777, the player, or any third party. h1777 does not modify or interfere with game mechanics, payout rates or RTP settings.

5.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, server outage, software error or other technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or a wager, h1777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's account balance. h1777 is not liable for any winnings arising from a game or system malfunction. A malfunction voids all related pays and play.

5.3 Betting Rules — Cricket and Sports

Sports betting markets on h1777, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches and international series), are subject to the standard rules of the relevant sport as well as the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing a bet. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or result dispute, bets will be settled in accordance with h1777's standard sports settlement rules as published in the betting help section.

6.1 The following acts are prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Colluding with other players, agents or third parties to fix outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using h1777 for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer or circumvent any platform security measure, game mechanic or promotional condition.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where h1777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void any bets, winnings or bonuses associated with the prohibited conduct; retain any balance in the account pending investigation; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

h1777 may suspend a player account without prior notice where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; the account is the subject of a regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; the player has breached these Terms; age or identity verification is outstanding; or the player's use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

7.2 Funds on Account Closure

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, any remaining balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements. Where an account is closed by h1777 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be withheld pending investigation. h1777 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player within a reasonable period.

9.1 Platform Availability

h1777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, technical error, or security vulnerability. h1777 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any outage, but is not liable for any financial loss, missed betting opportunity or data loss caused by platform unavailability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.

9.2 Indirect Losses

h1777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational damage. h1777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
